Please note: Your order will only be processed, packed and shipped AFTER we have received proof of payment. Payfast verify all payments within an hour or two. This is our preferred method of payment. Any other means of payment must be proven by you, the customer. Bank EFTs will have to clear first and only once the payment shows on our bank statement, will the order be processed. We do not accept faxes as POP.
We do not hold stocks here at our sales office. We have working relationships with several companies who are appointed South African distributors and prominent in the pet health field. We also have warehouses in several cities. We take orders and payments and arrange the shipping, but all goods are dispatched by the relevant company from their warehouse.
Delivery by courier is normally 2 – 3 days, but can take a little longer (3 to 5 days) in some instances, depending on the warehouse situation, the type of product and your delivery address. (It could also be quicker). Couriers can only deliver to physical addresses, so do not give us your postal address. Courier shipping rates are based on delivery to cities and towns on major routes. Remote locations, farms and plots will have to have quoted amounts added to the shipping costs. Once you have paid for your order, if the courier charges us extra, we will contact you. If you live in a remote location and do not want to be charged more, rather give an address in a nearby town.
The warehouses we deal with are based in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town areas. Each supplier ships from his or her warehouse and so if several products are ordered from our website, it is likely that more than one warehouse is involved and you will receive more than one parcel. Please note that there is a minimal shipping fee for each warehouse. Our website stocks have been set up according to warehouses and at check-out you will see the total shipping charges. This is done automatically, but you will not be charged shipping fees more than once per warehouse. Local deliveries could be completed sooner than deliveries to further afield places. Couriers can only deliver to physical street addresses, so please don’t use a postal address as a shipping address, unless you want your parcel sent by post.
In all cases you will be given the delivery service provider, a tracking number and an expected arrival date. Once we have given you the delivery details and tracking number, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for the courier’s service. You will need to contact them directly.
As with most dropshippers, if they have stocks in their warehouse, you should definitely receive your parcel in 3 to 7 days, but if they are waiting for stocks, or have to make up a kit, this could take a little longer.
Holiday times especially the Christmas/New Year period backlogs occur. Most businesses close and the couriers are also battling with abnormal numbers of parcels and deliveries. Delays are bound to happen.
Products we can’t access in South Africa, we order from America. We have nothing to do with the delivery, late or damaged goods or guarantees. We will help our customers, but the complaints must be directed to the relevant company. Unwanted goods still under guarantee must be returned to them. Please familiarise yourself with the Terms& Conditions and the relevant Warranties.
